Sensex closed 37.78 points or 0.07 per cent lower at 54,288.61 and Nifty declined 51.45 points or 0.32 per cent to close at 16,214.70.
The board also approved the appointment of Divya Bedi Verma as the Chief Financial Officer of IIML with effect from July 1, 2022 in place of Jyoti Kumar Agarwal.
Axis Securities said that Dr Reddy Q4FY22 reported revenue growth of 14.8% YoY, led by strong performance in geographies such as the US, bet365 bonus code 2018, and emerging markets.
On Thursday, the shares of FMCG-cigarette-to-hotel major ITC zoomed over 4 per cent to hit a high of Rs 279.15. It rose 2 per cent to hit a new 52-week high of Rs 282.3 on BSE on Friday.

During 2021-22, the net profit of the company was down by 23% at Rs 1,320.20 crore from Rs 1,708.60 crore.
The company posted a year-on-year consolidated net profit of Rs 4,196 crore, up 11.7% in the quarter ended March 31, 2022.
The benchmark BSE Sensex was trading over 1,400 points lower and the 50-share NSE Nifty index was down over 400 points.
